For the release of the game Endling: Extinction is Forever expected in 2022, game publisher HandyGames asked Joël Durand and Passion Paris to direct its first video game trailer! Developed by Herobeat Studios, Endling explores what life is like for a vixen and her cubs on an Earth left in post-apocalyptic chaos. The very unique artistic direction of this independent game was an instant hit with Joël who was able to naturally transpose his poetic universe through the film’s concept. As an impressive storyteller, Joël was able to infuse suspense and tension to the trailer, qualities which are inherent to Endling.

Mads Broni directs this explosive trailer for Garena Free Fire’s latest collaboration with Mexican wrestling company, Lucha Libre AAA. Mads takes the comic book inspired style to the next level, with impressive texture, vibrance and incredible detail in every character and fight sequence. The trailer features great icons in Mexican wrestling, such as, La Parka, Aerostar and Lady Shani, and introduces new playable features in commemoration of Lucha Libre AAA’s 30-year anniversary.

For the League of Legends European Championship (LEC) of Summer 2021, the LEC is putting its best foot forward with their new film teaser, directed by David Pagaille, the brand new director signed on by Passion Paris. With a deep understanding of LEC’s brand renewal and working hand in hand with the LEC team, David and Passion Paris created a 1’10’’-long teaser in the way of anime openings to introduce the 10 teams competing in the LEC Summer edition, using references like Gurren Lagann and Mob Psycho 100.

Bethesda and Rokkan wanted to create 3 prequels to the AAA videogame, Dishonored, to help promote the game prior to it’s launch. Each piece was meant to give a bit of backstory to the world of Dishonored, but Rokkan and Bethesda wanted to create a completely unique visual language for these shorts. Jon and his team took inspiration from Egon Schiele and many stark black and white illustrations for their look and embraced the hand crafted feel for the piece as a whole. In the end they generated around 3,000 unique frames in Photoshop in order to animate this piece.

The Beatles: Rock Band is a 2009 music video game developed by Harmonix. The intro for the game features virtual portrayals of the four band members performing the songs throughout the band’s history, including depictions of some of their famous live performances, as well as a number of “dreamscape” sequences for songs from the Abbey Road Studios recording sessions during the group’s studio years.
