‘Sex in Space’ was Tom’s second collaboration with FiveThirtyEight (ESPN) with a similar design language to their previous film, ‘Madame President’. This Vimeo Staff-Picked spot – a piece of ‘motion journalism’ – weaves abstract elements and found textures with photography and 3D shapes, taking the viewer on a journey through old and new, monochrome and colour, and allowing the story to unfold with clarity and intrigue.
