Héloïse Ferlay grew up near the turquoise lakes of Savoie and has recently graduated from the Parisian school EnsAD. The film “Geôlier” was her first hair-raising adventure in stopmotion animation. Since then – and after chopping off her long hair – she releases “To the Dusty Sea”, her end-of-studies film which she directed through sweat, laughs and tears, and which received wide acclaim the world over winning more than 30 festival prizes! “The girls of the wind” is her new-born project, featuring even more wild-haired girls and emancipated children.
Recently, she created a very sweet and adorable film to announce the 9th Spanish festival Prime the Animation!
