Saschka Unseld has played a part in some of the most significant projects across the field of animation. Working as a cinematographer for Pixar, with credits on blockbusters ‘Toy Story 3’, ‘Brave’ and ‘Cars 2’, Saschka had the idea for ‘The Blue Umbrella’, an animated short which would become the company’s first-ever photo-real film, delighting audiences around the world as it preceded theatre screenings of ‘Monsters University’.

Saschka has continued to be a filmmaking pioneer and juggles directing for Passion with his role as Creative Director with virtual reality frontrunner Oculus Story Studio, where he’s combining cutting-edge technology with storytelling to create immersive entertainment, the likes of which has never been experienced before.
