Réka Bucsi is a young Hungarian illustrator and filmmaker whose great talent holds huge promise. After attending MOME Budapest, her graduation film ‘Symphony no. 42’ received worldwide acclaim, and was shortlisted for numerous awards – it was nominated for an Oscar and shortlisted at the Sundance film festival.

Her experimental, surreal style often draws upon nature and animals as its subjects, with work that has the potential to convey complex messages through distinct and delightful imagery.
